Title: Foreshortening Artist Statement:
My art work piece is a road with different buildings on the sidewalks and a little amount of trees. The title of my piece is, The Sidewalk City. In my piece it shows nice lines and some contrast, and it shows some space.
I used pencil to create and draw my piece. First i sat here and thought about what i wanted to do and i got an idea and picture in my head. I sketched it out in my sketch book to make sure everything was gonna look right. Then i got to my final piece and drew it again on that paper and made it look better then the first piece.
The big idea behind my art work was to just give a good picture or a buildings on the sidewalk and to use something new in my art work that i haven't used before.
My goal for this art piece was to try something new in my art work and to challenge myself on doing better work and trying to get better and to show some new experience in my art work.
Overall, I think my piece came out looking good and nice after all it shows ice straight lines and it show what i drew really good and you can tell what is it and the viewer can understand what my piece is about.

My art work is a tress branch with pine cones and snow covering them.I used acrylic paint to create my piece
I used acrylic paint to create my piece i mixed different colors to make a different color to use on my piece . I started with my four sketches and then i used a canvice board to redraw my piece again. i used a think brush for my big details and a little brush for my smaller details.
In my art work my big idea for my piece is that its giving people a understanding and information about how nature could be cool and soothing. It shows how nature could have some calmness behind it.
My goal for this is to understand the meaning of my piece and to challenge myself in finding good meanings. And to get better at creating big and better pieces.
I learned more about how to use acrylic paint and how to use thing and small brushes using them for good details. And i learned that i need to start taking more risk while doing my art work
Title:Water Color
Artist Statement: My inspiration for this piece is because sunsets could be so pretty and soothing with all the nice colors. The way the sunsets just sits over the desert just makes me feel calm. I began with looking for the watercolor landscape that i liked, once i found which one i wanted i began to sketch it out very lightly so when i began under painting i wouldn't see my pencil lines. Once i finished that i waited to do my trees last so i started on a wet-on-dry Technic with a little bit more darker colors over my under painting.
Title:Grid Drawing
Artist Statement: My inspiration for this piece is to just let people know whats going on and give them a understanding. It also inspires me of just being a happy person letting people know that i may be down inside but i will always be amazed and have some kind of smile on my face.
The process I used was i started off by picking what image that i wanted and I stopped and looked at it for a minute then i began to sketch it out. I used shading pencils and i grided my lines on the paper and i went from there... I am really proud of myself.
